ShopEasy started as a single-vendor store but wanted to become a marketplace where multiple sellers could list products. They needed vendor management, real-time inventory across sellers, M-Pesa payments, and a beautiful customer experience — all built from scratch.

We built a comprehensive multi-vendor marketplace using Next.js and React Native for the mobile app. The platform supports unlimited vendors, real-time inventory sync, M-Pesa and Stripe payments, automated payouts, and provides each vendor with their own dashboard to manage products and orders.
