Do you offer payment plans?

Yes! For projects over $5,000, we typically split payments into 3 milestones: 40% upfront, 40% at midpoint, and 20% on completion. Enterprise projects have custom payment schedules.

What's included in the support period?

Support includes bug fixes, minor updates, security patches, and email support. We do not include feature additions or major design changes in the support period — those are billed separately.

Can I upgrade my plan later?

Absolutely. You can start with Starter and upgrade to Growth or Enterprise anytime. We credit what you have already paid toward the upgraded plan.

Do you work with international clients?

Yes! While we are based in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, we serve clients globally. We communicate in English and Swahili, and work across time zones with async-friendly workflows.

What if I'm not satisfied with the work?

We offer unlimited revisions within the scope defined upfront. If you are genuinely unsatisfied, we work with you to make it right. Our goal is long-term partnerships, not one-off deals.
